Yes, we can also successfully implement big bang outsourcings (moving large teams at once). However, we recommend the step-by-step process to our clients. This procedure is often more successful for the client as well as for us as a service provider.

Special: At JINDELLA, a new client can already start outsourcing with one person, gain initial experience and put our outsourcing through its paces. From the first day of cooperation, the client is integrated into the recruitment of his team and can accept or reject proposed candidates. Once recruited, the new team member is immediately integrated into the client's team. The person adopts the client's agreed processes and documents these in our 'Statement of Work' process. This is done either at the client's location in a shadowing process or online via the Microsoft Teams tool.

In this project, the first two employees (one German-speaking and one French-speaking) were trained directly at the company in Switzerland. Within only 3 weeks, the important processes could be documented and taken over. As we recommend all clients to start with senior staff if possible, the quality was immediately so good that the client continuously expanded the mandate. In the meantime, a large part of his operational collection activities are outsourced, while he was able to massively and successfully strengthen the sales area in his Swiss office, also due to the savings in operational processing.
